As a County Road Burger Franchisee, you will receive:

• Initial headquarter-based and onsite training
• Start-up assistance, including guidance on site selection (site criteria package), build-out and equipment guidelines, initial inventory ordering, etc.
• Ongoing training and support by telephone or e-mail to assist you in day-today operations, including site visits covering marketing/sales, operations, finances, facilities maintenance, etc.
• Confidential operations manual detailing important FOH (front of house) and BOH (back of house) restaurant operational procedures, recipes, reporting, marketing, etc.
• Access to approved suppliers (with negotiated favorable payment terms, higher quality products)
• Marketing support, including sample materials, website presence, social media guidance, etc.
• Approved technology tools for business management
